CLOSED-GROUP GRIEF SUPPORT PROGRAM
A 12-Week Suicide Loss Grief Support Program for Adults in Hamilton
Losing someone important to us is always difficult. But losing someone to suicide is a loss like no other. It can be traumatizing, isolating, and leave you at a higher risk for mental health issues.
Our 12 weekly sessions provide education about the grief process and opportunity for sharing around different themes, including:

Sharing the experience of Suicide Loss Grief

Working Through Grief; Understanding the Needs of Mourning

Attending to practical matters

Uncovering strength and nurturing resilience

Developing Coping Skills

Sharing Memories-- Continued Bonds with your loved one.
Sessions will be led by Dr. Flavia, Ceschin a Psychologist with specialized training in bereavement and loss by suicide.
When: January 10, 2019 – March 28, 2019
Time: Thursdays, 6:30- 8:30pm
